New National stats! Courtesy of CREA, the 2021 year in review statistics have been released. There is some seemingly contradicting information in here. Home sales increased +20.7% and new listings were up across Canada... but housing inventory hit an all time low? Huh? This is because last year started off SO strong... and died a slow death by October- December. We've carried that momentum into 2022 so far, but things are looking up with the spring market shaping up into something very interesting...
