MEET MEGAN
Most know the quote "jack of all trades is a master of none" but not many people know how it ends. The last line is "but oftentimes better than a master of one". I find this quote fits nicely into my personal and professional life.

A short and sweet story about me, and how I got to where I am today. To begin, my free time consists of learning any new hobby or skill possible from sculpting to gardening, yoga to kickboxing, mechanics to interior design. I have had four different majors, starting with visual arts and psychology at the University of Victoria, then to Camosun College for exercise/sports business, then finally into business (general). Eventually one of my professors pulled me aside and suggested, with my background in art, love for people and natural skills in business, that I should consider Real Estate. It was like a light came on... it made so much sense! There are many things I am passionate about, and i'm fortunate to have finally found a way to incorporate them all into a career. As it seems, being a REALTOR® was always in the cards for me.

Nelson, BC is my hometown, and is where some of my family members have been practicing Real Estate for many years. I moved to Victoria in 2016 and quickly felt at home here too. Through years of exploring, education and experience, being a part of volunteer programs, vocation, hiking and camping trips, I have intimately gotten to know and love Victoria and the surrounding areas.

When it comes to Real Estate, it's like combining everything I am passionate about into one. From architecture and artistry, to lifestyle and business, I am always in my comfort zone.

Why you should use a REALTOR®.
To Purchase a House
To Sell a House
Buying a house is a time consuming, stressful process. It may also be the biggest transaction of your life so far. And although you are capable of searching, negotiating, texting and emailing, you probably have a job that takes up most of your time. Fortunately, Real Estate is mine. I take the term "Real Estate professional" very seriously, which means I am extremely informed, knowledgable, and take great care to ensure my buyer is getting what they are paying for. For the biggest transaction of your life, how important is security and certainty.
Just like purchasing a house, selling a house can be done without an agent. However, It's a tough process, one that is so complex people make a career out of it. I'm one of those people. Selling a house requires time, energy, and most of all knowledge. Houses are a huge asset, which means there's a lot to be missed. As a listing agent, I would be duty bound to ensure you get the best price for your home, and already know many creative ways of how to ensure that. At the end of the deal, you won't regret using all the assets available to you.
